MISSION STATEMENT:

• To examine, analyze, and assess the adequacy of the waste water system infrastructure, pertaining to condition, capacity, system design, long and shortterm structural and operational requirements
• To research means of correcting deficiencies in system operations and develop recommendations for implementation and financing
• To develop public education programs and voluntary and compulsory corrective measures, to promote the publics’ effective and efficient use of the city’s waste water system
• To report findings and recommendations to the City Council for consideration and adoption
